As usually, and no surprise, most of what these politicians did and said were politics are usual. It was simply "all talk with no substance."

Why are we so confused with this day and age? Does it have to do with politics are usual or something else entirely? For the first time since the early 1900s, we are in a transition of a new era in which we are starting to live in if not already. For the first time in human history we are communicating on a global scale far, far more than the everyday chitchat. For the first time, we are starting to realize we need to be individuals as well as one with each other.

I call this "Globalized Humanity" This new age is far more than any government can control. That is why they are so scared, and why they sound so lost as we will continue to hear them speak. They do not have the same power as they once did, and they cannot get it back so easily. Who has the power is every human being around the world. That is why I call this era a humanity that has globalized the entire world.

This trend will not be easy to adjust to. Through out human history, mankind had gone to war for one reason or another. It seems that we cannot stop long enough to think before we are in another battle. For this new era to work, we must put aside, "politics are usual." Governments needs to listen to its people, or they will not be able to be part of the equation.

Authority is a must for all nations, but how that authority will be administered will be done completely different. How I see it today, all the politicians know this to be true. That is why they fear far more than they have ever done in years past. They talk about the Industrial Age life as if we should be living it than the one we are living today in the 21st Century.

"We learn from history that we learn nothing from history." -- Shaw. This quote means we are to learn from history so we can make a future far better than we had it in history's past. If we do not learn, history is doomed to repeat itself. We cannot grow as a human race if we are failing to learn from our past mistakes. Either we go forward or we fall backwards in a very deep abyss.

As the politicians continue to squabble during this election, we can do what is needed of us to make a better life for ourselves. We are doing things online in the past several years that has surpassed anything that science fiction of yesterday could have ever thought up. We are living those fictional stories and pushing it beyond the stars. We might not be riding in flying cars and all the rest, but we are doing things online that has brought every science fiction stories to its knees to where it counts. That is where we are today.

The next step is for each and everyone of us to take. We cannot wait for politicians to act first. We must act in our own way and together as a human race.

Obama Backers Tied to Lobbies Raise Millions

“Obama will not take money from registered lobbyists like me,” the lobbyist said with some bitterness, “but that doesn’t mean that he won’t take money from people who are lobbying. There’s a big difference.”

I have said this so many times I have lost count: "Only a few corporations are abusing their capitalistic powers over our way of life. We allow them to get away with it due to whom we vote for in each and every election. We are responsible for the final solution. As Shakespeare said, "Dear Brutus, our fault does not lie in our stars but in our selves."

Right now the old saying "If we work hard enough, you can get anything you want out of life" is dead. Why? If you cannot answer that, then you will never get it. We are not the United States if people are not going to be united. How did we get out of the Great Depression after WWII? If you cannot answer than, then you might as well stop reading this blog post.

Until we read for the first time in our lives the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States, then we are not going understand that much about our own country less alone how to thrive in it. We Americans must know our history in order to live in the present as well as push forward for a future. It is up to all of us. After all the Preamble states clearly and without distinction: WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Lobbyists are not an evil lot in themselves unless they are abusive in their own right. If one aspect of America loses, we all will lose. That is the meaning of being "United." Lobbyists are for the people because they are just as much a part of this country as the rest. Some are there to defend the underdog in this country. Some are not.

It is the few that causes a great deal of trouble. They only care for themselves and do not care about the aftermath of their actions on others. As Americans, we can use the Declaration of Independence to change things. If we do so, the changes will not be instantaneous. It was not over night that all this we are in today came to pass. It will take many more years to clean up the economic mess we are in, how we got there in the first place, and go forward in the direction we should be going at it as a nation.

It was the same way in Jamestown in 1606. It was hard for us once we won our Independence after the Revolutionary War, which I believe should have been called The War of Independence. After the Civil War, we had to work hard to go forward. Just about ever war before the Vietnam War, we have grown out of our economic rut and thrived beyond expectations. We have marveled the world due to our strengths.

Now we are in the 21st Century and we are not doing half as good as we have in our history. This is not the fault of lobbyists, Republicans, Democrats, or anyone else. We have doomed ourselves by ourselves. Now for the article at hand. I first had to write what you have before you in order for me to start on the reason I am writing this post.

For Obama to use lobbyist to help him win the election in his campaign is not contrary to what he has said about lobbyists. WE THE PEOPLE means just that. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is an American citizen. We all have our part to play and live by. When we come together as a united people, then can we thrive as a country. It is the bad eggs in society that cause complexity after complexity.

Obama is one man, and he will be one man until the rest of us unite together with our President to make this country thrive in the 21st Century and beyond. Will you vote for the right change or the path we are going down now? We cannot live as individuals if we are suffering as a nation. The choice is for us all to make.

Supreme Court Is Asked to Rule on Health Care

Image via WikipediaAfter reading this article, I realized how ignorant people are of American History. Republicans are going out of their way to show their own ignorance of this country's history.

No state has the right to supersede the federal government by stature of the Constitution of the United States of America. As Abraham Lincoln said, "No state had the right to separate from the union." Does the Republican Party want to cause another Civil War in this country? Disobeying the laws they have sworn to uphold is a complete violation of all legal president under which this country stands.

I am sure the President Lincoln is turning over in his grave on the actions of his own Party. The shame of it. I for one am appalled by what is going on in the Republican Party. It is not the issue is this health care law is right or not. It is the measures that this political party are using to dismantle what has made this country great!

From Jamestown 1606 to September 29, 2011, throughout this country, we have won and preserved freedom throughout this country and the world due to hard work. Now this one political party wants to dismantle everything! If it were not for John Smith to force the English Settlers to work as a team, then we would not have this great country in the first place. Our Founding Fathers created the Declaration of Independence that allowed the Constitution to be formed later on.

As in James Gurney's Dinotopia, "One raindrop does raise the sea." Through a little over 400 years, this has been proven by our heritage. Every bit of it was done in a hell of a storm. Not one moment was ever easy to accomplish the freedoms we hold dear. Think if John Smith was not there at that one moment in history. The colonies would have left. If they did, either the Spaniards or the French would have colonized this Continent.

If that happened, it would be highly the British Colonialism would still be thriving today. It was the Americans that squashed them in 1776 and 1812. It was the Americans and their allies that won WWI and WWII. Through the years, many countries have rewritten their own laws to fit the Constitution of the United States of America. Now, in this era, the Republican Party wants to destroy all that everyone has worked hard in order for not only the USA to be free but the rest of the world.

Here we are to be challenged in this Republic to see if we have the moxie to carry on. Do we have the nerve to ride hard times in order to keep Liberty and Justice flowing through out the world? If we fail, we could lose all we hold dear.

We should never forget September 11, 2001, but there is a dire threat still that makes that moment a ride in the park. It is the tyranny from within. The reason the Republican Party is doing this is to destroy the opposition, the Democratic Party. We will fall as a nation when power is given to them that wants to supersede the laws of the land.

If one does not like the laws, by those same laws we hold, we can change them in a legal manner. The Republican Party does not want to do that. They know we will stop them. That tells me that the majority of the citizens of the USA wants this new health care law to thrive and grow. Change needs to be done regarding health care in this country. Now that it is law, the Republicans wants to destroy it like babies.

The last I looked, public servants work for the public. When are this political party going to do that? When are they going stop working for Wall Street and do what is right for every citizen of this great country?

Republicans Call Obama’s Tax Plan ‘Class Warfare’

There goes what the Republicans said about working together. Hello out there! You do not bash while saying, "We will work together."

Calling President Obama's tax plan a "class Warfare" while having nothing of their own is not working for the people of the United States of America. We the citizens voted for them two years ago in the House, they expected them to do the right things. So far the Republicans have done is bash our President with little results on turning the economy around. Americans has been hurting since 1992...about the time NAFTA became law. It is now the last leg of 2011 with nothing to show that the jobs are coming back to this country.

On the other side of the ale, putting money into something will not do anything on its own merit if jobs are going to stay overseas. For Americans to get a job in the country, the jobs must be in this country. The Republican recently asked for less regulations. How will that help? If these corporations have less laws to govern them, what will make them do right afterwards?

If a bad guy is going to break the law, lawmakers do not punish the law abiding citizens. They should be going after the bad guy. Make that criminal pay for his mistakes on the citizens. Having little or no regulations will only hurt the law abiding citizens. Wall Street does not care about obeying laws and the ones that do right.

I cannot say that the Democrats are acting on behalf of their countrymen. What us voters can do is act on all of what both Parties have done or better yet not done by presenting our voices the first Tuesday of this November. We are suffering, and they only follow their agendas. Lets face it folks, 19 years has been long enough. They should have done something already. Instead the economy has been getting worse since 1992.

We suffer and absolutely nothing is being done to change the course our economy has been going down. True a great deal of our economy issues have to do with growing pains of a new era, but social networking has been going on since January 2001. That is 10 years ago. When the first personal computer (PC) first came to us in 1981, it was a few years before this new revolution integrated in our lives. A lot has changed since. Where are all the jobs that we could be partaking in with all this new technology?

That answer is simple: Every jobs that we could be taking are overseas. If Wall Street does not like paying the higher wages to American, I say they can leave. We can create new business and let Wall Street go to hell and stay out of the USA for good! This of course is not an easy feat! How many years did it take for these corporations that have left this country to be established?

Something needs to be done now than wait another 19 more years before our federal government does something to make it worse. It appears they do not care, so I say we go out on our own to change things.

My Family’s Experiment in Extreme Schooling

Every educator in the United States needs to watch this video (bottom of the post). It is the way to teach children not only academic but life itself.

That is why public education in the USA has failed. It does not put any importance to learning. Teachers cannot get close to children. As you will see the teachers in Russia hugs and kisses their students for encouragement and congratulate them for their hard effort. They also spend time with them outside of the classroom. I have lost count on the many times I wanted my K-12 teachers to do so with me.

Now I am in college, and realizing how much I did not learn in public education. I have to work harder in my college classes just to come up to speed with my college work. I have to learn all that I did not learn in high school, on my own, in order to fulfill what I need to learn in these college classes. (I know I am stressing the "college classes" by repeating it. This stress the point that public schools in the USA...SUCKS!!)

Why do teachers in other countries teach as they should and ones in the USA do not? One might be that teachers are on a leash on what they can and cannot do with their students. If they even hug their students, they can get a "child molestation" charge on them. HOW STUPID IS THAT?!? The pay in being a teacher is barely manageable in the USA. There is no incentives for teachers to teach to their fullest.

What is going on by the educational boards around the country is demoting proper education from their teachers by giving them far too many regulations on what they can and cannot do with their students. One does not need extra tax dollars to teach. If Russian teachers can teach better than Americans with their economic woos, then we should be doing a better job...yes? The thing is we are not. That is outright wrong!

For a country that has more money, freedom, and everything else than most around the world, we are the laziest and sorriest group of people in the world. We have absolutely no excuse. This is a political issue, and why this post is in my political blog. Educating our children is ever so important. It must be done right and to the fullest.

Congress...want to move the economy in the right direction? All you need to do is allow teacher to properly teach the children of this great country before we lose that status.

U.S. Spending Billions on Rural Jobs, but Impact Is Uncertain

Here is how I look at it. It does not matter how much is being spent for jobs in America when most if not all the jobs are scattered around the world.

We are Americans. Jobs should be in this country. I have nothing against businesses going to other countries, but not that expense of taking things away from the citizens of America. Why had this country been so prosperous? One may say Capitalism. We do not have that status anymore.

For free enterprise to work in the United States of America, it must have Americans working in America. From what I have learned about globalization in the 21st Century, it can work, but not how it is being run today. Some and let me state clearly, some big corporations are abusing their status with the fair trading. Wal-Mart is known to have sweat shopts. So many around the world are under paid even under their standard of living. As we can see the world as a whole is hurting.

As of this day, September 13, 2011, the Republican Party wants things to continue as they have been. They show no sign of caring for what happens to the average citizen on the streets on the USA or anyone around the world. They are too interested in getting money, under the table, from Lobbyists. Everyone is hurting due to this.

But critics say the administration has little to show for its efforts, which highlight the difficulties of creating jobs in remote areas. They say the money has gone to areas where it is not needed, to promote broadband where it already exists and for industrial parks designed to attract business and jobs that may never materialize.

Where is all the billions of dollars going to in this Job impact? Is it feeding the same Lobbyist in Congress? Can anyone answer the multitude of questions that plagues this great country? Are there more questions than answers? When are these questions going to be answered?

We continue to live on...as we should, but right now Americans are concerned about geting back to the lives they once had. We all have the right to have a job and feed their families. The ones that are suffering the most are the future of this country, the children. When they get sick, and when do they not, they have to stay sick until mom and dad can afford their health care. Think of that. Americans have to wait for health care provisions. If there is no job, how will mom and dad pay for anything?

Like a rippple in a pond, we are getting complications upon complications. Is that the fault of the people or the govenrment? Laws and regulations are needed. They control misconduct in a society. As Madison said, "If men were angels, we would not need govenrment." Right now we need balance of both government and how we all live in this country if not around the world. Nothing is going to be done right if things as left to go in the direction they are going now.

It is the abuse of some big corporations that have caused all this since NAFTA and other fair trading organizations has been implimented. Things are not going be be back to stability until these corporations comes back to the USA so Americans can have jobs they deserve.

G.O.P. Senators in Albany Block Federal Aid to Fulfill Part of Health Law

State Senator Gregory R. Ball has so many under him that are suffering and he is deliberately allowing them to suffer the more. In retrospect, he is saying, “If you cannot afford to pay for your health care, you deserve to suffer and die from the disease you have been afflicted on you.”

No one wakes up one morning and thinks/say, “I want to get very sick so I can steal from the federal government.” No parent wished their child to have a serious illness to put a strain on the health insurance companies. Just the same, the Republican Party treats us as such. They are punishing us for being American citizens.

Okay…You think I am being troll and spouting out a lot of nonsense. The reality of it, I do not need to do all that. The actions on the Republican Party can speak clearly for themselves. All I am doing is restating in my own point of view what they have done and said. The reality of it, we are suffering and this political party has done nothing for its people.

With 2.6 million uninsured residents, a popular Democratic governor and tens of millions of federal dollars at stake, New York would seem to be one of the least likely states to join a growing revolt in the nation’s capitals against facilitating a federal overhaul of health care.

Why are so many do not insured? One large reason is they do not have jobs to pay for it. The second most important reason is when someone does get sick, they are removed from the insurance company or their premiums are raised so high that a given town of people could not pay. When a natural disaster happens, the government comes to the aid of the people. We are in one now, but it is on a global scale. It is called “Politics as usual” by the Republican Party.

All this bashing is due to their hatred towards a black man that is now the President of the United States of America. WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES are suffering while ALL of the Republican Party is hating Obama. As Master Jedi Yoda said, “Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering.”

We are suffering and have been doing so for some years now. How many more years will the citizens of the United States of America have to suffer for any form of political gain. The other day the Republican Party stated they will work together. I would like to know when they are going to do so and whom they are going to work together for.

The only thing they are working toward is their own agenda and not the people they serve. Every politician is a public servant. Hum, they seem to be more serving the Lobbyist interests then the ones they should be concerned about. Who does not see the flypaper on the wall? They are against this new Health care law due to Lobbyists.

In less than two months, we will be voting to put certain people in public office. Are the people of the country going to fallow the “politics are usual” or are they going to vote on the lack there of? Some may say that our children’s children will continue to pay for regulations after regulations from the federal government, but I ask you this, “How much more will we pay if we allow the Republican Party to do things their way?”

Do not let me decide things for you. Please make your own decision. it is you after all that will have to live by it for the rest of your life. Do you want to live in fear of not having health care in the USA when you have a serious illness? What about your children and other family members? See…there are more questions than answers. How this country deals with all that faces us today is how you vote in November 2011.

The more this party resist working for the interest of the people, the more will we suffer. As the years continue to go past us, how will we end up if nothing is done? Think about this as we come closer to the first Tuesday of November.

The Hidden Costs of Higher Ed

To get out of our debt that was caused by so many things it would take several blog posts to list them all, we need to raise the debt ceiling as it had been done. This article prove this to be true.

The reason for college tuitions going up is due to the fast growing pace our lives has been going. It takes these high prices to teach all the students to the fullest so they can one day, spite the economic down trends, get a career of their own choosing. Nothing is free folks. Yes there are free software, but they are a backbone to the high price software that is available for business usage. These GNU free software are for one person use so they can manage to do simple things that other high price software can do.

If you want to make it in the real world, you will need the money to pay for these software and even hardware that is out there. Open Office Suite can never replace MS Office. It was not designed to do so. The same with all the other free versions. I like Pant.net, but I know it cannot do half of what Photoshop can do. For my personal usage, I am able to do all I want to do with editing photos. Here is an example:

With PS, I am sure I could have done a much better job, but as you can see, I can do a lot with it.

The point of this post is not to brag, but to show the importance of spending more to get us out of more than a $14 trillion debt. The Republicans want to cut everything out. This article by the NY Times clearly states cutting will not help raise anything. Short changing always does damage beyond the original issue.

I have already worked hard on a certificate and three diplomas in the computer field at Lanier Technical College between 1998 – 2006. I held a GPA of 3.xx. I stated at the age of 31. I am now in Gainesville State College at the age of 44. I will be 45 on November 22. Will I have to work hard on another Major before I can get a career job after I am done at this English Major?

If I was the only one that was suffering in this economic meltdown, then things would be a lot simplier. The whole world is suffering that should not be at all. It is due to American’s greed and allowing politicians to give some of these big businesses more protection so they can continue to screw everyone around the globe.

Will the American voters remember all what the Republican Party has done on November, or will they forget as usual, and allow these rogue politicians to continue what they have done to us all? If WE THE PEOPLE do not act soon, nothing good will happen.

White House Debates Fight on Economy

Image via WikipediaLadies and gentlemen of the United States of America, let me address these issues regarding our federal government and the economy. If we do not have jobs flowing as it did before 1992, then nothing will happen regarding progress in our economic disaster.

Taking a "Human Geography" class in college I realize the importance of globalization, but this world system was not designed to destroy countries around the world for the horrid practices of some big corporations. The United States is not the only country suffering. Until jobs are put back in the USA, the situation around the world will get worse and worse as the days continue onward. This is more than my opinion. It is a reality that can be shown on all fronts.

Every politician needs to swallow their pride and do what is right. I care less for any political party due to the fact, they do not care for their citizens. That is right all...BOTH PARTIES are to blame in their own right. In this NY Times article, it may seems that the Democrats are the noble ones. Stop looking at the surface of the issues!!

Behind the scenes both parties are saying the people of the USA and the world, "SUCKERS!!" This is not right for anyone. Right now it may seem that these certain big corporations are winning, but if we suffer to the hilt as it appears we are doing, they will fall along side the rest of us. How is this so one may ask?

This answer is very complex, but I will try to make it as simple as I can. Like the circle of life, there is a newborn that grows up to be an adult. That human adult one day falls in love and has children. If the process of growing up to an adult is not hampered by strong adversities, then the cycle of life continues without any major complications.

When there are overstated complications like the parents cannot get a steady income, get basic health care for their children and family, and all the rest, then the circle of life cannot flow properly. With the economy, the flow of money must be allowed to flow freely. If a citizen cannot get the needed income, then how can he/she spend it for more than the basic requirements of life?

Right now, their are no politicians that care for what I have stated. They are too much in their fantasy bubble to give a damn about what happens to us. Like I said, "Stop looking at what you read and hear on the news about what politicians are doing regarding the economy on the surface. Look at the core issues. Read between the lines.

In this article for example...what are the Democrats really up to? The say things are bad and the Republicans are not doing anything for us. That is true in itself, but what are the Democrats doing that is different? Are they pulling jobs that are overseas to America? Words are easy to say, but it takes a lot more to put them into action.

Until the Democrats can show something concrete, then I see them no better than the Republican Party. Right now we live today as it was done post 1992, and it is getting worse and worse as the days tick forward. How many more ticks will it take before everything blows up in our faces?

Voters Want a Change Politicians Can’t Deliver

Here is how I look at things regarding the economy: 1) Jobs are going overseas constantly. 2) Republicans are for special interests only. 3) Obama appears to be wanting to compromise with the Republicans too must lately.

Ever since NAFTA, more and more jobs are leaving the United States of America. In the 21st Century, we need to connect with world. We are doing so in a dramatic way online with social networking/social media. Right now how certain big corporations (Wall Street) is acting, it is hurting everyone all over the world. That is why the world is suffering in this economy pit fall.

We either need to push these corporations completely out of the USA or pull them completely in. If they want to be an American business, then they should be obeying the Laws of the Land like everyone else. Wall Street may think they are above the law, but they are not! If we push them totally out of our country, we can create new corporations that will hire Americans in the same county they live in, the United States of America. If these certain businesses want to steal jobs from law abiding citizens, then they have no bloody right to stay rooted on our soil!

I would like to say that some Republicans are willing to work for the people of this great country, but they all are ganging around and supporting these same corporations that constantly take our jobs overseas. These politicians are constantly want to have less government so that these corporations can get away with more and more. Speakerof the House John Boehner said that he got 90% of what he wanted from this new debt bill. We suffer and he is happy.

It appears to be that President Obama is not all that better. He is too concern about compromising with the Republicans far more than he should. We voted for him due to he was 180% against the agendas of the Republican Party. Now he is wanting to bond with them. I do not know what Obama agendas are regarding this, but he is making a colossal political mistake by playing marbles are whatever with the Party that cares nothing for the common folk.

We are constantly hurting and Obama wants to play "buddy buddy" with the Republicans. As I have stated before, I have worked hard for a career since 1998. I have a certificate and 3 diplomas in the computer field at Lanier Technical College. Now I am going to Gainesville State College for an English Major. Question that I would like to ask all the politicians, "Will I lose out when I graduate from Gainesville State College?

If I was the only one hurting, then it would not be a big issue, but so many that have graduated from some post-secondary school and end up empty handed. Is the same country our Founding Fathers fought and died for?

Senate Quickly Kills Boehner Debt Bill

We need to remember how the Republicans are doing when we vote on November 2011. This is serous!

From what I have read on Twitter and Facebook, not many are supporting the attitudes of the Republican Party. Ladies and Gentlemen of the United States of America...this is not good at all for our country. Yes the Senate killed Boehner's Debt Bill, but there is a more more going on than this one Bill. The Republican Party says we need less government. In the 21st Century we need all the government regulations if not more.

Government regulations is not an evil thing. A lot of the wild life regulations have saved countless species from being extinct. Pollution regulations have saved our health, our planet, and every life on our planet. No matter how you look at it, government regulations have provided more freedoms than you may think. So what is the true issues that America faces?

Right now, the biggest one is JOBS!! Why do we not have jobs in the country as we did prior to 1992? When we started to trade with other countries, some big businesses traded American jobs so they do not have to live by the laws everyone in America has to go by. Either we all live under the Law of the Land or no one does. There is no such thing as a few that can be exempt and have everyone live free. That is why we are hurting with all the free trade agreements around the globe.

No matter what plan Congress has for us to fix the economy, it will never work. It is amazing to me that post-secondary school teach the importance of teamwork and our government and some big wig corporations do not live by it. No wonder children/teenagers have a hard time learning this concept. It is not necessary their fault by the GIGO (Garbage In Garbage Out) aspect of these bad eggs.

What will turn this country around is the younger generations must vote in all the elections! If they want a future after working hard in college or some other post-secondary school, then they have to weed out the old farts and put in public servants that will work for them. We also need not to rely on public servants, but learn to do things for ourselves. That is why this country is so great. We have the right to be anything we want to be if we are willing to work hard for it.

This does not mean we need less government. Regulations is the means of protecting certain aspects of our lives, so we can continue with our lives. When our Founding Fathers designed the Constitution of the United States of America, it was over 200 years ago. The times have changed and so has our country. How our government does their jobs must be done based on the times in which we live.

Spite the years that have gone by since September 17, 1787, those large words still shows, "WE THE PEOPLE." Let me ask you this, "Are the people today being truly represented by our government?" It is obviously clear, NO THEY ARE NOT!! The next logical question that should be addressed is WHY NOT!!!

That will take another blog post to challenge. Right now this post is talking about the New York Times Article, "Senate Quickly Kills Boehner Debt Bill." We might can sigh in relieve that this Bill has been squashed, but the problems are still alive. Time will not stand still for Congress to act as they should.

It is hard to know who to trust in our federal government these days, but I have to admit, the Republican Party is going all out to be not for the average Americans. Yes we voted for both parties in our government, but wow!! Come ON!

Boehner trying a tighter style? What does that mean? It does not sound like he care for the average American. We voted for these politicians for a damn good reason. It seems to be that the Republicans are for the corporations that want to continue to take jobs from Americans to other countries.

Last I looked, the Constitution states of big letters, "WE THE PEOPLE." The last time I looked in the mirror, I looked like a person. I am an American, so when are the politicians going to work for me? I worked hard at Lanier Technical College between 1998 - 2006 in the computer field. Now I am back in school at Gainesville State College in Gainesville, Georgia under an English Major.

As so many, I have worked hard in my life. I want to work for my life. I do not want to take from the government and sit at home all day. The only money I take from the government is from a Pell Grant. That allows me to go to College.

There are many that have had a career job 14 years or more. Due to trading a number of countries around the world, most career jobs are overseas. Here is a secret. I live in the United States of America. These corporations that have moved to these other countries came from the same country. Either they need to get their sorry selves back or leave for good.

We can create more businesses that will take Americans as their employees. No matter what these politicians finally decide, nothing is going forward until Americans can work! It takes Americans to pay taxes. It takes Americans to get a steady income to pay these taxes. When we have to work at Wal-Mart to help provide for the simple necessities, it does not pay hardly what we can get in a career job.

Shocker everyone! Students do not go to any form of post-secondary schools to work for minimum wage. We spend a lot of money that far reaches the tuition and books. The hard work to learn what is required takes a lot of time from us students. As Americans, we should be getting jobs we are training for.

What is more frustrating about a part-time jobs it is harder to get them. Why? The Mexicans that have been screwed due to NAFTA, they have to come to the USA to find work. Our federal government needs to stop screwing other countries and us as well. Before NAFTA, America was prospering.

In 1992 we had a surplus of $5.4 billion dollars. After NAFTA was implemented, we collected a deficit of $40 billion dollars in 2002. In January 2011 that deficit went up to $1.5 trillion. Who was in charge of Congress between those two years when we had this fast growing deficit? You guest it. The same ones that are wanting to make it worse for every American, the Republican Party.

But do not blame them fully. How did they get in office to begin with? The ones that voted for them. Now it is up to us to vote them out come November 2011. The question might be, will the Democrats be any better?

When we constantly read about the ever so negative attitudes of politicians, it is easy to fall in despair. There is no reason for that because where there is life there is hope.

Why are the Republicans acting as they are lately? One reason is we voted for them. Another is they have their own agendas. It may be simple to fix this problem by voting them out in November, but will it help us? Are the Democrats any better?

As we have seen, they are not. They too have their own agendas. I wonder if the only solution that we can successfully use is WE THE PEOPLE coming together and slowly fixing the problems are politicians have created? Did we vote for NAFA in the early 1990s? Did we want to trade with India and China?

In 1992, we have a surplus of $5.4 Billon. Ten years later, 2002, we had a deficit of $40 Billion. January 2011 we accumulated a deficit of $1.5 Trillion. When jobs go to other countries, the only thing that will happen is higher debt. Since the early 1990s, we have been suffering of jobs and everything else we can imagine.

Where is the hope in all this one may ask. Has the writer of this blog gone loco with all the pressures we all have been facing? First of all, a person that has fallen in a slump does not see any hope form himself or others. Second, the author has not lost it…not yet anyhow.

If we are still thriving and creating new things in our lives, then there is hope in the physical world, but that is not the hope that this author is talking about. We are more than our physical bodies. To prove this to be true, life circumstances does not make us happy. A person can be dirt poor and have the inner joys that life has to offer.

As the people of the United States of America, we can put aside our differences, our personal possessions, and every thing we think that makes us happy and come together as citizens of this great country and tell all the fools in Congress to go to hell! After that we can work as one united people and turn things around ourselves, or we can sit quietly and wait for the politicians in office to do it for us.

This author as so many has worked hard for a career. Many has even had their careers for over 12 years and lost it due to what our politicians has done. It is frustrating to do the right things for countless years and we still lose practically everything. This author had gone to a trade school in the computer field with a certificate and 3 diplomas with a holding of a 3.xx GPA. Now he is going to college in an English Major.

Believe it or not, he is holding on that hope. Question that needs to be ask is this author out of his mind or has had found something interesting and true in life? What is hope to begin with? The Oxford Dictionary says this about it:

We can either fall in the negativities of life, or we can get out of bed and make a difference for ourselves. Believe it or not, we do not need government to get us going in life. Please do not get me wrong, we should keep up with current events all around us. That allows us to vote and vote properly then go by all the propaganda that we see and hear on the campaign ads. We are given a brain to use. It is about time we start using it for what really matters.

Hope in simplest turns means having the motivation to live life to the fullest. As this author constantly says, “Find the light from within and let it flow through you.”

No Matter How Debt Debate Ends, Governors See More Cuts for States

What is the solution? No matter what our federal government does someone will get hit hard by it. That is the law of probability.

If you squeeze a balloon, that area will shrink while the rest will bulge. That is the law if “Every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.” We know by now that the federal Congress, which runs our great nation, has no desire to do the right thing. I am 44 years old, and I have not seen one politician care for the people they are over.

The solution making just might come down to each and everyone of us. We have the rights to get of our collective asses and work hard for our lives. In the 21st Century, we are going to have to think differently than how our parents thought and lived. The solutions they had for life's problems cannot be used to solve ours today. Each and everyone of us will have to create new solutions from this day and age.

That is why whatever our federal government does, it will fail because their formulas are for the early 20th Century. We are in the early mid 21st Century and moving fast to changes yet to come. I do not think we can call our way of life a fast pace. Things have to slow down to call it fast.

Due to globalization, social networking, and other factors, we are living at a speed that surpasses anything science can come up with. If all of us do not grab on quick, we will be left in the history books. How we get a job these days, it how we live in the super speed growing world that we all live in. Hold on tight because the rules can change in a blink of an eye. That means we cannot apply ancient tactics to today’s problems.

Politics or whatever as usually will never work. We need a Congress that can understand the times in witch we live in today. What is the solution? Let me address it this way…it is not who is right or wrong, but applying all the ideas as one. This is why we have a serious issue with team playing.

I wonder…thinking about it…if Madison meant by saying, “If men were angels, we would not need government” to how our federal government is doing things today? It is the government that is more corrupt than the people. It is both Parties. I repeat, both Parties are to blame!

That is why nothing is being done right in our country. WAIT A MOMENT! Did not Shakespeare write “Men at some time are masters of their fates: The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars,
But in ourselves, that we are underlings.”

Does not the Preamble of the Constitution clearly states, “WE THE PEOPLE?” If all this is true, then we are the ones to blame for our own disasters. That means everyone! Sitting our on our collective asses will not put things to right.

If we do nothing, then nothing will be the results. If we do the wrong thing, the results will be disastrous. A right thing done in a wrong way is wrong. A wrong thing done in a right way is wrong. A wrong thing done in a wrong way is wrong. Only by doing the right thing in a right way can be the right result.

No one in the United States of America is doing this. We want someone to do it for us. We think that if others do it, they will take the blame. When a nation, if not the world, is suffering, it does not matter who is to right or wrong. It is the means of how we all pick up the pieces and take right steps afterwards.

Job Growth Falters Badly, Clouding Hope for Recovery

For most in the United States of America, this is nothing new. I wonder if the Federal Congress is getting…finally? I doubt it!

The Republican Party or the GOP is too busy attacking the Democrats than caring for the people they serve. The Democrats are not viscously attacking that Republicans, but they are not all that keen to help the citizens either. If both Parties did care, we would have been out of this economic rut years ago. It is true there is more to our economic disaster then politics. WE THE PEOPLE are to blame for our own mistakes.

The biggest disaster is NAFTA and WTO. We have lost nearly 900,000 jobs due to NAFTA shortly after it became law. WTO has allowed big corporations to take their business to other countries…leaving the citizens jobless more and more. This means jobs will never be plentiful in the USA until we can pull these corporations back in this country! We are citizens of the United States of America not from other countries. Same goes for citizens of other countries that suffer as we do.

That is why the entire world is suffering economically. The United States Federal Government is responsible for these corporations because they are rooted in the USA. If the Federal Congress cares for the people of this great country, then they need to make laws for all the people and not just the super rich.

Taking Control, G.O.P. Overhauls Rules in House

Talk is cheap! If I remember right, the Democrats gave a similar emotional speech similar to John A. Boehner’s speech that is mentioned in this New York Times Article.

What was really done by the Democrats the past two years? Hard to say due to the Republicans blocked everything, including the kitchen sink. Do not be surprised if the Democrats do the “business as usually” tactics, which is the same thing as the Republicans had done. WE THE PEOPLE are suffering while these two Parties are doing the same ole thing. This needs to end!

What is the solution? What is the problem? These two questions has been hovering over mankind since the beginning of life itself. No on has not come up with the answers. True, as individuals we can sort of answer these two questions, but not fully. The reason for not being able to answer these two question is simple and extremely difficult.

Evolution is the main reason. We are constantly evolving. Sometimes mankind rises and falls. We appear to grow up and then we fall flat on our faces like children on a playground. Politics have agendas while the rest of us do not give a damn! Does this mean it is up to us to take over how our country is run from this day forward?

By the Constitution of the United States of America and the Declaration of Independence, we always had that power. The biggest question might needs to be asked, are we doing that now? Are we sitting on our asses allowing others to live our lives for us? I am going to Gainesville State College in Oakwood, Georgia, USA. It is not my parents that is going.

The challenges I am facing while going to this college is for me to face. I can and should at times share my burdens with the right people in my life, but it is up to me to apply the advice given to me. I want to make my life for myself. If I allow others to mold my life, how can I achieve my goals? America is the land of opportunity because it gives us the power to take control.

Instead of allowing others, like our two Parties, to run our lives, WE THE PEOPLE need to start running our own lives as individuals and as a community. That is biggest part of the solution in going in the right direction.

Public Workers Facing Outrage as Budget Crises Grow

Marie Corfield might have said something or done something that could have been done better, but that is no reason to throw hate back at her. Let’s say that she was in the wrong 100%. It does not make what others are doing right.

Speaking out is a Constitutional right under law. She was upset. Who is not under our economic troubles. It has gotten better to an extent since the time of this video was made, but that is no excuse to be stupid! To my viewpoint, on the very little she sad, I simply heard her speak with concern for how she is going to pay the bills and make ends meet. Could she have approach this better, that is for her to decide.

In the early 30s, unions might have had a place in prospering financial growth. This is mainly due to our federal government really do not do all that much until it was too late. Now this is the 21st Century. Instead of helping, the are doing more damage. Our Federal Government is not doing all that much today either.

The Republicans are more concerned about bashing what the Democrats has done under President Obama. Lately, I have not heard all that much concern about the citizens of the United States of America by any Party as a whole. Some might talk as they care, but what is actually being done? We are improving, but who is responsible? What is being done right now?

What is going on is a war between two factions: the unions & the politicians. Both have their own agendas. The question I like to know about the politicans is when are they going to make their jobs, public servants, top priority? Everyone is still hurting. The economy is not stable enough to celebrate on what political party is the winner. The Unions cannot take credit either.

Do to what Gov. Chris Christie had said in this video, it does not make his hands clean. He talked a good speak, but can he do the walk? Talk is the most easy thing to do in life. Putting those words into action is a whole different concept. It is action not words that will make the difference.

In our economic troubles, it is hard to pay more taxes even if it is needed. New Jersey is not the only state in the union that faces these issues. Now we all have a choice. We either bite the bullet and do what is needed of us, or we allow things to get worse. I cannot say what is the right thing for this state to do.

All I can say is to get something that is worth having it is not free nor is it easy to get. A good education is so important, but it is the least important expense on any budget in any state across the country. It will take our children and their children to turn things around for our nation. The baby boomers will not live long enough to be able to change things for the better. We also live in a whole different era.

The children of today are the only ones that can mold things for the 21st Century and beyond. A lot in life has changed since the Great Depression in the early 1930s. That was 81 years ago. You bet we are living in completely different way of life. That is where we need to continue down.

Once this generation is allowed to take the reigns, it will only get worse. If we live in the past, then there is no tomorrow.

G.O.P. Plans to Use Purse Strings to Fight Health Law

I for one believe that there is more at stake than this paltry fusspot over the what is now the health care law. How much would it cost the tax payers if the GOP enlighten and even instruct everyone to live healthier vs. fighting this law?

Yes, we are over a majority the most lazy and fat people in the world, but our government should not make a humungous deal over this while ignoring more important issues. Instead, this article is showing that the GOP is more concerned with moth balling this law than taking care what is needed to push forward our economy. I have to admit, I am not 100% for this law, but there are people suffering in the USA due to bad handling of insurance companies. Healthcare should be a lot better here in the USA than in other countries. We lag behind on a great many things compared how the rest of the world lives.

I do not want this heath care law to be a free handout. I do not want to see fund raising organizations, like MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) to be denied all that money Jerry Lewis has been raising all these years, and I do not want to see fear running a muck due to all the misinformation regarding this health care law. It is true, and the Democrats cannot deny it, they had their narrow agendas in getting this health care law passed as the GOP are in destroying it. Now we have to wait two more years to see how immature these parties will act before we vote again.

Will they work together or fight like they have done two years ago? If so, how will we vote after two more years? Recall in this election no Party was truly victorious. Spite the campaign promises from the GOP and the Democrats, they will not work for the people as a whole. Since the time I was born, November 22, 1966, I have not seen once our Federal Government working for the citizens of the United States of America, and I do not expect them to do so in my life time.

We had the GOP running things for eight years. I cannot rightfully say the mess we are in now is completely do to them, but I can say that political combativeness needs to come to an end.

U.S. Reaches Deal in Credit-Card Antitrust Suit

To solve the credit-card problems is never spend more than you got. Cannot saying it simpler than that, but people in the United States spend more and more.

The people of the USA lives in far too much luxuries. We are out right spoiled without a sign of growing up. When we call our governments to make laws to do this or do that, we do not care to see the consequences of these laws. All we see is a quick fix. Anything in life runs similar like a pebble dropped in a pond. When the ripples of life are interrupted, catastrophes can occur. Simple freedoms are destroyed.

There is nothing wrong with using a credit card, but when we misuse it, then there is more than simply financial woes. Our economic melt down is the result of how we have misused our financial responsibilities. We need government. It controls chaos in our society. It is suppose to control the misuse of financial gains from companies. Due to the lack of this control, we have the economic crunch we are in today.

In the recent past, banks pushed their consumers to borrow more than they can spend. Credit card companies had deliberately sent the bills late so their consumers would have to pay penalties. Banks and credit card companies had hidden fees that got their customers to pay more and without explaining the find print. Now the Republicans wants us to go back to how things were done with less regulations to control this illegal spending habits.

These politicians may sound noble and correct, but they deliberately do not tell the whole story. The Democrats are not all that forth right either. Both parties run around the mulberry bush happy as a clam. The solutions to our problems is not the extremisms of both sides of the political spectrum, but what the mulberry bush might have to offer. Balance is not an easy task, but it is usually the right solutions to every day life.

When extreme measures are being thrown out from politicians they deliberately hide the obvious from our own eyes. That hidden thing is usually the right solution to our problems in our country. Instead politicians are more concerned about is power. They all know what to do, but they refuse to do it. That is what every voter need to measure when they vote for in November or any time an election comes to pass.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

We all have a voice in how our government is run. If we are tired of all the suffering in this economic disaster, then we need to allow every politician to know it with all the flying colors in all its glory. If we have suffered enough already no matter what political party is running Congress, we need to shake their so called political agendas. We need them to make us the only priority as far our politics are concerned.

It is either us that is the government or politicians that only are concerned with having more money stuffed in their pockets by lobbyist. We are either going to grow up from our bad financial activities are go back to how things were that started the bloody mess in the first place. The choice is ours on November 2, 2010.

Rethinking the Process for BP Spill Claims

It is hard for me to read this article without seeing that the current Congress does not give one jot about the people that is suffering directly and indirectly of BPs oil spill. All the advertisements on television that BP will stay till it is over with is a lie.

Since NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) started, it has been the big corporations that have run this country. I should say ruin this country. From the moment NAFTA came into law, nearly 900,000 jobs were lost in the United States of America. Over 400,000 of those jobs came from one industry, Russell Mills in Alexander City, Alabama. To this day, jobs have still fallen or has not come close to what it was before NAFTA.

I believe if Obama cared about getting BP to do what is right, it would have been done a long time ago. This one article has told me that nothing will be done. BP will get away with murdering all those people, and destroying the businesses and live that live on the coast lines. The rest of America will suffer along with them as time passes. This issue is more than a economic disaster, but a blatant attempt, by BP and our government, to say to the people of this country “screw you!”

When you listen to the election coverage, listen to how both parties will state how they will help us with the economy and lack of jobs. Watch for key words and how they present themselves. The bottom line these politicians care abut, from all these political messages, is their own agendas. No politician is really concerned with the future of everyone they work for, WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMIERICA. If they are some that do care, please let me know who they are. The list should not long. I will add them to this post.

The legal system, the Supreme Courts, are not all that better. Everyone was warned how elongated taking BP to court and the cost. Everyone knows that what BP had done is dead wrong, but they are getting away with everyone that died in that explosion. They are getting away with all the damages in the businesses on the gulf, the damages of the marine life and other wild life that lived on or near the gulf coast, etc. It is amazing how month earlier all the politicians were talking about taking care of the planet before this BP oil spill mess. Now they not talking about taking care of the planet.

A few months back President Obama declared he will take care of all that has suffered from Katrina and the oil spill. Lately he has been absolutely quiet on this issue. Instead of the federal government taking full responsibility with what this article has stated, Kenneth R. Feinberg is all alone holding the bag. You will not read any quote from our current President or any other politician in this article. I do not think any one will in the future. Once again politics has failed its people. Being a public servant means being a servant.

There is a place for government in our lives and there is a place in which we must do our part. The people that are suffering from BP’s oil spill has done all they could. President Obama has pledge to do all he can to help and get BP to take full blame. All BP is doing is lying on national television with their propaganda advertisements. If BP did care as they claimed they would be overtly doing something about this mess. They have not done a damn thing to date as you will read in this article.

Every politician from the Democrats to the Republicans have kept silent. They are too #@*%^ concerned about being re-elected. While we suffer how can we vote for them? Should be boycott this election altogether? Would they listen if no one voted at all in this election? Keeping the ones that are in office now be the right thing to do?

The bottom line is not a rethink,but why was it not done right the first time? We all are suffering while they do a rethink.

Obama Says Iraq Combat Mission Is Over

This is a moment of American History. It has nothing to do with politics, which I am sure many politicians will use this during the November election.

This is a moment of American History because what our military has done in Iraq. Many can talk about that we should not been there in the first place, but it will not be talked about here in this post. This is a time to reflect for all that fought and died in this war. They are the reason we are free today. Freedom is not free. It comes at a cost.

Freedom is won by military victory. It is not given by politicians. That is not their jobs. Our Founding Fathers did not give us freedom just by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. It was done by blood and guts in the Revolutionary War, which should have been called the War of Independence.

The credit of what our military has done is by the sacrifice of all that fought in this war. The heroes are the ones that will not come back and the ones that will. They should be honored in every way. When we wake up in the morning, go to work, during work, etc., we should do all we do with humility over all that has done these past seven years by the wonderful people in our military. They are the reason why you can do all those things.

It is hard to say if we won or lost in this war, but I am grateful for all that have fought and died in this war. I solute all the family members of the ones that were in this war. I write this post in this political blog on mine to remind all voters and politicians that we have freedom because of our military. Look at this country as if we did not have people that will fight and die for freedom of all. Look at this country if we did not have the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United Sates of America.

Will you be able to talk against the war in Iraq? Will you be able to have the freedoms you have today? In how others live around the world, there is no country that has so much freedom as the United States of America. It was not easy to become the country in the way it it now. Our Founding Fathers fought hard and dirty in order to push through the British colonial tyranny.

Throughout the years, we have been challenged in all that makes America the greatest nation in human history. Each and every time we held our heads up high. From time to time we have tripped and failed, but we got back up and stood up tall. Now as of August 31, 2010, we have left Iraq as Americans. There will be talk during the November election using the war in Iraq to help them get elected. Just remember that these politicians did not give you the freedoms that the military fought on the behalf of all Americans.

Rights Groups Sue U.S. on Effort to Kill Cleric

We all have the right under the Declaration of Independence to speak out against what we think is wrong with the government’s actions. I personally believe that the ACLU is wrong about this. This action against Anwar al-Awlaki from our federal government is not a racist attack. The ACLU was designed to make sure government treats the minority equally with everyone else.

Before they captured Anwar al-Awlaki, a lot of people risked their lives to find him with all the evidence against him. This cry from the ACLU has no business with Awlaki. As all Americans we have the right to speak out on anything, but there is a fine line in using that right to speak freely and to simply control government.

Freedom to speak against our governments is one thing. Controlling is not right. That is what ACLU is doing. It seems they want our government to play nice with the ones that attacked us on September 11, 2001. If this is the case, the federal government is not being a vigilante because they captured him. They did not simply pick this individual off the street one day and accused him of terrorist activities.

This article by the New York Times was very professionally written. I am not writing this on the behalf of how they wrote this article in a slanted manner. I am writing this post due to the professionalism of what they wrote. I understood the facts and I realize what the ACLU is doing. I am for protecting the underdog, but their is no underdog to protect. Awlaki is not a cute little puppy dog.

When the federal government were quoted in this article, they spoke proper and professionally. Everyone of them has done their jobs right and carried this terrorist to the final conclusion. What would the ACLU do if Awlaki did go through a trial as they have dictated and still found guilty of all charges? Would they still cry foul? In history’s past, most have.

In time of war, rules are much different. It does not mean that laws do not apply, but how things must be done differently than in garrison life. The ones that attacked us, on September 11, 2001, did not care for our laws and ways of life. I have not known any terrorist, tyrant, or anyone of the sort to love democracy. As stated so clearly, “We learn from history that we learn nothing from history” -- George Bernard Shaw

No human rights groups did write the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution of the United States of America. They do not have the right to interpret its meaning. Privately run groups are simply a body of people that have their own agendas. There way of thinking is paramount. The Constitution of the USA give us the right to think any way we choose. When these right groups cross the line it can and usually does violate human liberties.

For Republicans, an ’80 Déjà Vu?

If the Republican Party wants to gain the momentum from the voters, then they need to not be a party of “no.” That is what they have been doing since President Obama took office.

There is one thing to vote no against something you disagree with, but as the whole, the Republican Party has voted “no” on everything. The reality of what is happening in the United States of America is not good. People are suffering far more than they should. If the mess we are in has to do with President Bush, our last President, the GOP, or whomever, it is the responsibility of government to help turn things around. We the citizens have to do our part also.

It took more than eight years of the Bush administration to cause economic meltdown in the USA. Now we all live in the present. It us up to every one of us to make a better future for all that lives in this still great country. The Preamble of the Constitution does not say “WE THE POEPLE” for nothing. We all must do our part for ourselves and for the nation.

We must have government! That is understood in all walks of life. The question is not too much government but what kind will carry this country to prosperity? We have seen too little in the eight years before President Obama. We do not need the extreme on the other side of the fence. Just the same, we need government regulations like health care reform and Wall Street reform. In the past, businesses has abused their power over the citizens that simply want a life of prosperity that is allowed by everyone in this country.

People has died due to the lack of heath care needed. People have lost their jobs due to the economic downfalls. The economy might be showing progress, but it is far from being stable enough to celebrate. Far, far too many people are out of work. This is not a sign that we should go back to how government was run years ago if we are slowing progressing in the right direction.

People are still hurting today. This is not made up statistics. This is cold hard reality. I cannot say that the Democratic Party is much better than the Republican Party, but at the moment, I would not want to vote for any politician that is a part of the Republican Party until they can prove to me they will stop with the big fat “no voting” and do what is required of them.

Details Faulted in Plan to Pay Oil Spill Claims

I lost count on how many times it was shown on a television ad that BP will clean up and pay for all the mess they were and still responsible for making. It is against the American laws to false advertise. If they do not pay for all of the mess, then they should be sued for at least false advertising.

Instead of doing what is right, BP has gone to full lengths to not pay anything for what they have done. This does not look good for them and our federal government. President Obama has told the people many times that BP will pay for all of what they have done. Now the tables have turned and the deaf ears are on our federal government once again. If they are more concerned with being elected in November….DUH…I say, “Do not count on it!”

This oil spill will not just hurt the jobs that are directly effected, but, like a humungous domino effect, it will hurt us all in one way or the other. What some might not realize, BP is NOT an American business. Why should they care about us? Since they are on our soul, in this case the gulf, then they are responsible at least 100% of the mess they casued!

I cannot say if this makes President Obama a liar, but it does not make him more popular with the people of the United States of America. Not once have you heard any politician fighting on the behalf of the American citizens, on the gulf or anywhere else regarding this issue. They are complete cowards! I cannot say I would run for public office, but I would at least make a stand or a statement on behalf of the ones I am serving, especially if I wanted to be re-elected. In all the speeches Obama has made to the people of this great country about BP cleaning up the mess and paying for the damages, he is completely silent now. It looks like it to me, he will speak out only if it will help him in his political business.

What has happened is not the result of a hurricane or other natural disasters. This environmental disaster had everything to do with the bad business tactics of BP! This type of negligence could have been avoided, and President Obama has said that repeatedly. Now that the oil is not leaking by the thousands of gallons each day, our federal government is doing the same ole thing as they always do: crawl back in their hole and hide. No one from the White House or Congress is standing between BP and the good citizens of the United States of America.

While we still suffer from the oil spill, our politicians are more concerned about being re-elected than doing their jobs right. If anyone sees any logic in this, please speak up. This does not make any good sense at all. Where is the talk about taking care of the planet?

BP Oil Spill Settlements Likely to Shield Top Defendants

I hate to write on things like this, but this is the dangers of political interference. For the federal government to put these people on a legal bind is out right wrong! This settlement is short changing the hard working Americans that got hit hard due to this oil spill.

This was not the fault of these hard working Americans. BP should be sued for at least 100% of the damages. It is more than the oil. What about the marine life? America will be affected for years to come and BP is hardly getting a slap on the wrist. Every American needs to remember this cowardly act of our government when it comes to the next election.

I am proud to be an American, but I am very heartfelt of the victims in this disaster. Due to this sorry ass punishment on BP, every American will be affected in one way or the other. Prices will sky rocket due to what BP will not pay for. I am deeply sadden of reading this article. All our politicians are outright cowards!! Not one care for the people that they serve. Now that the election is in November of this year, WE THE PEOPLE need to let them all know what we think about this very weak punishment against BP.

I am also a little upset that this article compared this disaster with September 11, 2001. It is true that both disasters will affect all Americans, but they are two different events. If anything that can be learned about September 11, 2001 is how the federal government *#*@( up with the American people. After reading this article, I see they did not learn a damn thing. This is what needs to be remembered on the first Tuesday of November 2010.

TO ALL VOTERS IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: Please pay attention to all that is going one with our politicians regarding the oil spill in the golf.

This is why we vote in this great country. Heads needs to roll for the ones that are responsible in allowing these oil companies to get away with this mess. It is more than just the spill in the golf. We are suffering enough regarding job loss in this economic disaster. Now we have a natural disaster that has cost tons more money to go down the tubes.

This is inexcusable!! These oil companies are out right raping our American heritage. We as citizens can use our voice and tell the Congress body that we are fed up with it! We need to get rid of the dead weight in Congress. It was not President Obama that allowed the oil companies to get away with all they have done.

In life there will always be inequality. There will be differences in ideas and believes. That is normal and proper. We all cannot think and do things all in the same way at the same time. Laws SHOULD NEVER force others to live by any standards!

What are laws for in any given society? Basically they are to serve and protect law abiding citizens. They are never to be used by political or religious corrections. Laws are also to keep government (big brother) in check. Laws by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America is NEVER to control or manipulate others in any way fashion or form.

Laws are for adults. Adults are the ones that run this country. Children have very little rights in life. They are suppose to be trained in the home on how to act like a civilized individual. Freedom is not given at birth without first being trained in the home by responsible parents or guardians. Another words, to live in a govern society is not for the weak (childish) mentality. Right now in the early 21st Century, we have more mental children in adult bodies.

I will never support abuse of any kind, but so what is you are called bad names. So what if you get your feelings hurt. The solution is to get up and live the best life possible. That is the meaning of living free in the United States of America. No one person in this country got their freedom without a high price. As President Obama had said many times, “We Americans always triumph in hard times.

There is not one time in our history that we prospered in good times and kept it for a very long time. We always succeeded under trying times. From Jamestown to the present day, we have pushed on because we were getting a horrible deal in life.

The people that scream foul due, to what others say to them, do not win in life. They are usually more miserable than before. PC actions do not bring freedom for all Americans. Instead it take away more human rights than anything. Instead of mixing hate with what someone says or does, shoot out enlightenment than laws to stifle someone free rights. Bad manners is not a crime. It is simply rude.

PC laws are the means of lack of rights than protecting the minority. Instead of these individuals gaining equal freedom, they are losing their own soul. PC laws are like the ones that cry foul to sell their own souls to the devil in order to destroy others. Like I stated, laws are for adults not for the weak child like mentality. To grow as a nation, we need mental maturity.

This does not mean we should not show respect for others. That should be taught in the home. If people are going to have adult bodies with only a child’s mind, then they should stay at home. Let the others live out their lives in the society that our Founding Fathers created for us since 1776. When we grow up mentally, we can use our freedoms to the fullest without destroying freedoms of others.

Living to thrive an allow others to do the same without any coercion is right and proper. It is after all the American way of life.

Clinton Seeks to Reassure Russia’s Neighbors

How easy we forget about the cold war. It ended short of 11 years. Instead of our own government taking this seriously, they are once again making friends with the enemy, the Government of Russia. The Kremlin has never died.

We do not need to be bitter and hateful, but catching these spies should make our government concerned. What is the “Homeland Security” doing? Obama needs to ask serious questions to the Russian Government. Making buddy, buddy with them will not put fear in the hears of Communism. Treaties will not solve this problem.

We have spies in the USA. Anyone every asked why? There might not be any country called U.S.S.R., but the power behind that name is just as alive as before. I cannot say what that could be, but finding spies in the USA tells us a lot. As Americans, we need to remember this on the first Tuesday of November of 2010.

Every American has a voice. I ask all that read this blog post to use that voice when voting for people that will run our government. Tell them that this is serious!

Gulf Coast residents react to President Obama's speech

I have to agree with most of these people have said. What Obama said was not a solution. It could be due to the complexity of it all or it could be that he alone cannot give a solution. Remember Congress is the ones that runs our government. So write your Congressman. We also can do things ourselves, if we can.

I personally rather do things for myself than wait for others to do things, but I will not be blinded and not accept help. It is true, BP should be doing more themselves, but they are not. What I should be saying, the United States Government should be more active than just the President of the United States.

There is a lot more that needs to be done. The U.K. Government might need to lean on BP. The U.K. is not responsible, but this company is in that country. If I was in charge of the government there, I would be wanting to burry my head in the sand. This has to be very embarrassing for them. Another words, there is more in stake than the careers that are effected by this oil spill.

The ecosystem is dramatically effected. Us humans can get out of Dodge very quickly. The Wild Life cannot do that so easily. The environment as a whole might be effected in a major way. How much is unknown. Time will tell. It always does.

This speech of President Obama was great and all, but at this time all it was just words. Actions are needed more than speeches and legal hang ups. Laws are to protect not hinder civilian life. Either we are a Republic Government or we are not. This major disaster is for sure a test of our government resolve on how it operates from this time forward.

BP boycotts hurt local stations; gas giant offers help

I can understand everyone's frustration. I am too not all that happy about what is happening. It seems that BP is not fully doing their jobs properly as they should. Their aggression is less to be desired. This is happening to the United States of America, and we are being held hostage by the ones that started this mess in the first place.

It is true that we have the right to speak out and even boycott BP, but please let me states clearly, any form of ugliness on our part will NOT help the situation. WE THE PEOPLE MUST and I repeat MUST act accordingly. Two wrongs do not make a right. While we have the right under the Constitution of the United States of America and the Declaration of Independence to speak out and right the wrong, but we do not have the right to take the law in our own hands. Please do not allow bitterness to control your actions.

I was told in my youth that a right thing done in a wrong way is wrong. I wrong thing done in a wrong way is wrong. I wrong thing done in a right way is wrong. Only a right thing done in a right way can produce progress. What we can do other than what this article has stated is continually write your Congressmen or Senators. Let them know your frustrations. Let them do their jobs regarding legal actions.

As lawmakers of the 21st Century work on making laws for all the people and not just special interest groups, they need to realize why we have laws to begin with. The word Republic, in which is our form of government, simply means “The Law.”

Laws are to serve and protect all citizens. When these laws are broken, each and everyone is us is innocent till proven guilty. As with the new immigration law in Arizona, it is not only a violation of civil rights, but a test of our demeanor as what kind of citizens we have become over the years. There is a lot to be a citizen of any country. It is the freedoms that we have that allows us all to live by principles that we see fit to live by.

Our Founding Fathers understood that when they drafted the Constitution of the United States of America. They looked at history and applied it to our lives to this today. Our Federal laws are a reflection of “All Americans are created equal.” This by any means does not state that all are the same in life. There are so many factors that makes us unique that it would take many lifetimes to describe them all.

Freedom is a social necessity. To have freedom, one must have the best healthcare available. Even with this new Healthcare law, there is much more to be done for all citizens to have the proper and needed healthcare. The United States of America is so far behind social necessities, it makes a person wonder how we have stood the test of time. How can Americans have the freedom of opportunity when their healthcare is at an all time low?

Right now in the Senate, the Republican Party is deliberately fighting Wall Street reform that is desperately needed. Authority without freedom is tyranny. Freedom without authority is anarchy or chaos. When both authority and freedom comes together something is magically created, Liberty. When the right laws are in place (authority), freedom resume in every citizen’s life.

When the wrong laws are made, only special interest groups can prosper. This is not the way a Republic Government should operate. The Preamble of the Constitution states:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The first three words tells it all. There is no justice by certain people having rights and the rest are left to rot. There is no tranquility when millions are suffering to make ends meet. How can the promotion of general welfare be established when only the special interest are the only one that have fat purses. Liberty is meant for all.

Ever wonder why so many from Mexico are coming to the USA illegally? That answer is very easy to answer, and I can do it in one word: NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement).

What happened? How can this one thing caused what is going on in the 21st Century? That is a bit complex. I mean, there is more to what is being told on the media. When NAFTA became law in the United States of America, Mexico farmers lost big time. They could not compete. Americans lost a lot billions of dollars and jobs in the USA. (OverlordJake Chaneel).

Once it became law, all that is happening now is the result there of like a domino effect. That is why there is no one solution to this immigration issue. The people of Mexico simply want to have something that most Americans want, including myself, a job to be able live in the 21st Century. These Mexicans cannot get it in their own country. The only place in the world they can go to and get a job is the USA.

I am not defending illegal Mexicans. What I am doing is attacking out own government that started the whole mess. The people of the USA did not put this country into NAFTA. Most did not want it, but our Congress voted for it anyhow. They did it for Wall Street.

Right now there is a big fight in Congress for Wall Street Reform that each and ever Republicans does not want to have anything to do with. People are suffering in the United States of America, Mexico, Canada, and everywhere on Earth due to American’s Federal Government bad decisions. When will this end?

Even though both parties agree that something needs to be done, Wednesday, the Senate voted 56 to 42 on tighter rules for Wall Street. Here is an insert of the “Republicans Block Finance Bill, Again” from the New York Times by DAVID M. HERSZENHORN

“It’s totally inconsistent to be arguing that there ought to be financial reform, and after all these months of reviews, studies, hearings, not allow a bill to come to the floor,” Mr. Levin said. “Offer amendments. There were, I don’t know, dozens and dozens of amendments in the health-care bill. The leader has offered to have no limit on amendments.”

Just a few hours later, Ms. Collins voted against starting debate. But some Republicans have begun to suggest that their position is not tenable, and that the senior Republican on the banking committee, Senator Richard C. Shelby of Alabama, either needs to reach an agreement with Democrats or agreed to move the fight to the Senate floor, where Republicans would still have enough votes to prevent the bill from being approved.

The immigration issue has everything to do with Wall Street. They want to have illegal immigrants working for them, so they do not have to pay minimum wage to law abiding Americans. Wall Street knows if there is tighter laws against them, they will lose a lot of money. If there is no reform against this everyone in America will suffer.

That means all the students that are gong to some post secondary educational institution to get a career job will be meaningless. If President Obama can say how important it is to get a college education, then there must be jobs to back it up. This immigration issue is not the fault of this President. Who is responsible for what goes on in our Federal Government? The answer is simple: Congress and The Supreme Court.

To rightfully fix the mess we are in, we all must know history. The Constitution of the United States of America is a Republic, The Law. (AuntieZionist Channel). This means that a govern body of people makes laws for all citizens while at the same time leaving them alone to live their lives. This is not what the Republican Party Represents. There is no place for political parties in the Constitution.

See how complex this Immigration mess is for everyone? It does not only effect everyone in the United States, but everyone in the world in some form or another. Like the ripple effect in a body of water, sooner or later it will hit everyone and everything in its path. The once proud nation of the world has turned blacker than night itself. Only the power hungry groups are profiting by all that has happened and will happen if something is not done soon.

The solution is not easy, but it must be done now than later. In life things either goes forward or backwards.

In all the information I have heard and read from Al Gore on both NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) and global warming, it has no basis in being correct. All information that he has given are logic fallacies at best.

Today in the 21^st Century, we all know the result of what Al Gore said on “Larry King Live” with Ross Perot was a complete lie. (OverlordJake's Channel). Where are the jobs today? Most are overseas. In the early part of the year 2010, job loss was an all time high.

Regarding our environment, we see things happing all the time. In all the years since Al Gore started the “global warming” issue, I have not seen one piece of evidence to show that our planet is falling apart or dying. Predictions mean “Something predicted; a forecast, prophecy, etc.” (The Free Dictionary). Science shows more of doubt than anything. Scientist goes out of their way to show what is it not in order to show what it could be. The debate is never over in any form of science discipline.

There is no scientific evidence in a prophecy or a forecast. The climate constantly changes. That is why meteorology is not an exact science. How many times have the local weather man been right? So far in 2010 all around the world, we have gotten cooler weather than warmer weather. This does not dispute global warming or supports it. Unless its starts to snow in July, where I live, I will then start to worry.

In all that Al Gore had said on NAFTA, he has nearly repeated his fallacies in global warming. He has presented speculations and very little scientific evidence. Climate changes have been going on long before man has been on Earth. There is very little evidence that the CO2 admissions are the root cause of global warming. (coyoteblog's Channel). Who or what is responsible? Can Earth itself regulate its own climate? Ever wonder why we have rain, wind, sunny days, and all types of temperatures throughout the year?

Man has not been able to control weather less alone predict it right 100 percent of the time. The best meteorologists can do is to observe the Earth and make the best predictions. Sometimes they get lucky to warn us about a weather catastrophe heading our way. We simply need to stop and think. In all the scare tactics that is still out there against this new Healthcare law, we either need to fall a part or read the TRUE FACTS on it.

By Constitution of the United States of America, once something is made into law, that is it. We have over 100 years to work on our serious healthcare problem. Finally Congress has passed a bill into law to help fix our failing system. When a party is totally against it, one has to question that party.

First of all, there is no place for political parties in the Constitution. They are simply private organizations. Our form of government is called a “Republic.” This has nothing to do with the Republican Party at all. Nor does it have to do with any party.

We all need to push out the propaganda on both sides of this healthcare issue and get going in life. Life will not stay still while we are petty in life. Once a moment in life is gone, it cannot be taken back to do over. If we could do that, 99.9999% of the time we would do the same thing. We have to move forward with what we have now in life.

Fearing life is not going forward; though, it seems that the GOP is constantly want us to fear everything in our lives. As General Patton said, “All Americans love a good fight.” Are we acting like Americans when we fear every turn? That is not for me to answer. It is for each and everyone of us to answer for ourselves.

If we never had the GOP and everyone else throwing at us all the fear tactics about this new healthcare law, there would be fear over something new. The unknown is always a bit never racking. Throughout history, we have moved on through all the changes in life. Where would be be without change? In life, everything changes.

If we stop and think, we can fear much less than we do. Fear is the opposite of thinking. Once we live life to the fullest, we can start to push forward under any adversities in life.

It seems that the United States Military are the only ones that can secure the world of terrorist. The Afghan Army can do a much better job, but they simply do not have the “eye of the tiger” to get it done.

Spite what other countries do in defending their stamping ground, we have the right to defend ours. We are not over there for the interest of Afghanistan nor should we. That is why it is so important to support the troops in harms way. We have freedom today because of or military, police, and firefighters.

When we do support our military, they can have a better chance of winning a battle or the war as a whole. This goes for our political officials as well. This war is not fought for the profiteering or by big businesses. Our military is for one reason, to defend our border of an outside attack. Unfortunately, we were attack us on September 11, 2001.

Now it is February 21, 2010. We can go forward and learn from our mistakes if we would take the time to be humble enough to do so. Like anything in life, it takes a lot to get the job done. The Preamble of the Constitution of the United States of America does not state “WE THE PEOPLE” for nothing. The federal government needs to do their job for the people. After all, they are public servants.

There are two major types of people: 1) Leaders (which are a very few), and 2) laymen or ones that submit to authority. Submissive people are not slaves. They are people, who are humble to the point, that do what they are told by their superiors or leaders of an organization. When the ones with authority shows respect, towards ones that are under them, the subordinates can rightfully, with their own freewill, do as they are told to do.

In another blog of mind, I stated in a post that teenagers should be in a subordinate role for a few years (I stated 3-5 years). If their parents, in the home, were more dominate over their children, then teenagers would not be in conflict with authority. The trends are leading down the road to ruin. There is no good in being antagonistic towards sovereignty. Where there is life, there is always hope.

For teenagers, or anyone, to be placed under a very strict subordinate lifestyle is NOT and I repeat NOT abusive. It does not have to do with sex either. As you have seen from the movies, television shows, and all sorts of media presentations, they show this dominate/subordinate lifestyle as some young lassie getting raped worse than a prostitute. That is far from truth and what I am talking about in this posting.

Teenagers can have a second chance to learn discipline in their lives. If they do not, they can end up loosing job after job due to their disrespect towards authority. If parents got their children to do chores and do the other things, then it would be simpler. That would be ideal, but sad to say, “Life is not always idealistic.” The second chance is a rougher ride for both the dominate and the teenager, the subordinate.

I am talking about this now for one very important reason. We are so asinine today in the USA. This can easily be turned around by the proper training for our teenagers. When we become adults, it is far too late to change. That is how the human conditioning works. As the old saying goes, “You cannot teach an old dog new tricks,” you cannot reprogram adults.

Why do you think it is so hard for Congress to agree with things. Their own mind set is immature to do so. They only think for themselves because that is how the child mind works. Only a well developed mature mind can truly rationalize and act humble under true integrity. That is why it must be teenagers that can be salvaged from very inept parental guidance in the home.

I give up with the Republican Party. How can they be so athwart on what President Obama is doing. There is one thing to believe differently, but this is preposterous!

The citizens of the United States of Americas from one end to the next are in complete and total misery. Families are losing their health insurance just because their young children need chemotherapy or some other serious medical necessity. When hard workers been in a field for umpteen years and suddenly loose their jobs due to a company going over sears, there is something very unambiguously wrong. What is really going on in Congress to allow all these cataclysm to happen in this great nation?

I know we all can put our 2 cents worth in, if not major dollars, on this answer. That is how horrific things are in this nation right now! While the Republican Party sits around and does nothing to change the inclination, we will only continue to writhe. Is this the stratagem of the Republican Party? I thought that public servants are suppose to work for the people.

Most people in America are hard working folk. They simply want to be left alone and able to live their own lives the way they want to live it. Now it is extraordinarily hard to make simple ends meet. Most college students graduates with honors and other great achievements, but end up working at a temporary job getting hardly minimum wage. All the savings that mom and dad has done to help their children for a future in college collapses completely in utter despair.

The American dream is still there waiting, but it is out of reach due to what the Republican Party is not doing. All the ruckus that most if not all Republicans are doing is not helping get jobs back, so mum and dad can pay their children’s medical bills, house payments, and all the rest that allows us to be Americans.

Right from this article, it shows that most of the Republicans just do not care for the people of the United States of America. People or hurting in just about every way you can go down.

We are using today one of the oldest form of energy. It is about time that we create new jobs in the USA with newer and most economical energy sources. Nuclear energy is not all that new, but the governments of this country still do not use it to the fullest. Other countries are doing so, why are we so behind the eight ball? Everyone would benefit from using newer and up-to-date energies.

There is no reason for the USA being behind in anything, but we are is a great many things. We have more money than most around the world. We all can change this. WOW!! What else can be said about this essay? The dynamics of what this essay that was written by Savannah Lengsfelder, a formal Congressional assistant, is totally and completely out did itself in the truth behind the eight ball of what goes on in our Federal Government to this day.
Our mentally is completely and totally 180 degrees from how our Founding Fathers had done to create this great nation. How we think makes all the difference. If we do not have the right thinking, we cannot, ever in a million years, come up with the right results in life. How we feel is at best secondary to the importance of how we think in any situation. Here is the reason why we do not have jobs in the USA as we once did. This is my opinion based on facts that I have seen, or I should say trends that I have seen. Before NAFTA came to the United States of America, we hade jobs going in every direction for just about every field one can think of taking.

When I started going to a technical school in computers, so many books, news broadcast, job banks online, etc. were showing jobs in everywhere. The computer field or information technology field was not the only location for jobs. Due to technology every one grew from it. Now everyone is loosing from having NAFTA integrated in our lives.

If NAFTA was not the major reason for jobs lost in the USA, then things would be going in the right direction along time ago. Even today, there are still jobs being moved to China and other countries, and nothing is being done about it. The federal government needs to cut the cord of all corporations that are over seas that are hurting jobs in the United States of America.

It is not just hurting just Americas workers. The whole world is hurting due to our bad business choices. That is the power the USA has over the world. When things thrive in the United States, the world follows. That is productivity.

What we have now is chaos and mayhem. I am coming to believe that all that hype that we hear from the Whitehouse and all our politicians might not be completely accurate, or at least it is much worse than they are telling us. There is one thing to enlighten others, and out right lying.

How I look at it, from the nearly 900,000 job loss since NAFTA, the jobs in the United States of America has kept on dropping. This is not any sign or recovery. I can easily state divorcing from NAFTA will not hurt, but I really do not know. All I know is that we had everything going for us before NAFTA.

Who is really running our country? That is answer is very simple and complex. By the Constitution of the United States of America, Congress is the rightful authorities that makes our government run. How it is going someone put the letter ‘i” in the word “run,” which leads to ruin.

That is right, there is no “I” in team. The Preamble of the Constitution states “WE THE PEOPLE…” It appears that the word “WE” has been replaced with the letter “I.” Now that Bush/Chaney are out of office, can we recover from it all? Time will tell. It always does.

The purpose of this blog posting is not to bash this person or that person, but to state to all forms of government out there, “Stop with the politics and do your jobs. This is not easy, but it needs to be done. I frankly do not care about politics or Political Parties. They are not part of the Constitution in the first place.

Of the date of this posting, I stated back to school in an English Degree yesterday. Between 1998 – 2006, I have a certificate and three diplomas in the computer field. Due to the results of NAFTA, all those jobs I could have gotten are over seas. Think about it for a moment, American jobs given to other nations. Does that sound wrong to you? When I first started at Lanier Technical College in Oakwood, Georgia, one could not get enough jobs in the Information Technology Field. Just about all the jobs in this same field are given to others from a different nation.

I have nothing against China, Mexico, or other countries, but I live in the United States of America. I want to continue to do so, but how can I if all the jobs are going elsewhere? English is the main language in the USA. If we loose jobs in that language, what is left for the United States of America? After four years in college, I could easily end up in the same position I am now in, having no job under my training. President Obama stated that to get a job one much get the right education. There is a lot of horrible things that has been happening to our lives in the United States of America, but we should not look down the dark path of it all. Instead, we should look for the future and live as better citizens.

Why are things happening to us as they are. Some of it is due to bad decisions we have made in life. Even those can be used for our advantage. Basically, “Where there is life there is hope.”

We are alive and still kicking as a powerful nation on Earth. All we need to do as a people is to go in the right direction. That is a lot, but we can do it.

First, it starts with individuality. Each and everyone of us has to live our own lives, and make the right decisions for our own lives. Another words, we are responsible for our own actions. We have to blame ourselves, so we can pick ourselves up. By standing, we can walk forward.

As a government, we must live by the Constitution and the Declaration of the United States of America. Right now far too many politicians are too much on lobbyist and other non-important agendas.

Due to our misguided lives, things like what had happen at Fort Hood came to be. The ones responsible could have seen the warning signs a lot better before this individual crossed the line.

In schools a lot of children cannot even talk to adults about abuse, bullying, or whatever without the school personnel throwing it all back in the faces of the victims. No one is listening to anyone or anything that is important in life. We are far too concerned about our own agendas than our responsibilities of life.

Let’s face it, all disasters that has nothing to do with natural disasters can be prevented in one way or the other. Usually it is far too late before this nation starts to fix things. If the machine is about to completely break down, it is far too late to start fixing it.

Right now as of August 14, 2009, the ones that are in pearl of dying is not just the elderly. If parents looses that jobs due to the economy or whatever reason, who is at risk of serious health issue, our children. Usually death follows serious health issues, but not always. The future of the United States of America will die along with our children. Why? Children are our future.

People state that President Obama wants to kill our elderly. Remember how much love he had for his grandmother that raised him. She died before he became the President of the United States of America. He has children of his own. President Obama does not want to kill anyone. Right now, before the health care reform bill is passed, there is no threat of bad health care. We have bad health care.

Our health care insurance companies can pulls the rug away from our feet without notice. When that happens the individual or families are left paying thousands of dollars to simply cure a disease. Most today cannot pay that amount. That is the reason for health care reform. The bad health care we have was not created by our government. It was created by insurance companies.

We need something to happen very soon. If our children gets seriously sick, die from it or not, what future will they have? What future will our country have? If we all die like the plague, we cannot pay taxes for our government. The government does not want us to die. How can they get paid themselves when we are dead?

I love my country. I know what our Founding Fathers has done for all of us. I know what our military has done for us throughout the history of the United States of America. I know what our law officers and firemen has done for us all within our borders in protecting our freedoms. I know what all the rest of us can do for our freedoms.

In a Republic Government, the government does their jobs, and leaves us alone to do our business. When insurance companies abuse their powers to control our health, our federal government has the right to step in and fix the problem. That is what the health care reform is about. Right now 47 million plus people do not have health insurance. Why is that? Ask that question to the over 47 million that do not have health insurance.

How are these health insurance companies protecting our future when children cannot get the proper health care? If this health care is not passed, what will the population be in the United States of America? The United States of America has over 300 million people. If we loose a good number of children due to serious health problems, that 300 million will be drastically be less. What future will we have if our population is less than 50% of the population today?

How easy will it be for Iran, Taliban, or any of our enemies to take over our country when more than half the people are dead. Right now, we are one of the worse country regarding a lot of things, including health care. How will the rest of the free world be when the United States of America falls as a nation? “Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.” When that one domino falls, it will cause everything else to fall with it.

Ever heard of the saying something like “Be careful in calling what is evil, good, and call what is good, evil?” What is evil now? The health care bill, or death threats on some of our Congressmen/women? Who will win if this health care bill is not passed? Is it the insurance companies, or every citizens of the United States of America?

Is Murder Legal?

What are we becoming as American Citizens? It seems we are stooping to death threats. I wonder why these people that are threatening member of Congress are not dealt with in a hard legal manner. If I threaten a Congress member like this, I would be arrested and charged for that crime. Why is everyone else getting away with these crimes?

What is more shocking is that most of the people that are giving death threats are Christians. From the Christian Bible, love is the most important command that can be given. Death threats is not love. Murdering doctors that do abortions is not love. These acts are big crimes on the Unites States of the United States of American, but no one is prosecuting these criminals less alone arresting them.

This is more than politics. It is right out illegal and evil. If one wants to make a change in life, than they have the right to do so by legal means. There is propaganda that is being thrown at us, and we have the right to refute it. Instead we are believing it, and throwing death threats to our Congress members. This is illegal by our laws today. I have not once heard any of these people being arrested for tempted murder.

How can these people get away with these crimes? That is real. The propaganda that is being dished about the health care reform is not real. The hate in the United States of America is real. Why hate? What will murdering members of Congress do? Someone murdered Martin Luther King. What did that do?

Most important, what will happen to health care in the United States of America if this health care form does not pass into law. Over 47 million people do not have health care insurance. How many more will loose their health care insurance if this health care reform does not pass? What should these over 47 million people do if this heath care is not passed? Move to Canada, England, or another country with better health care?

Are murdering and death threats legal? For Christians that are doing these death threats, will the Ten Commandments be torn out of the Bible? One of those ten commandments states, “You shall not commit homicide.” Instead of loving one another, Christians are out right committing murder in their souls. That is right. One can commit murder in their souls without doing it out right physically. What is the difference?

The difference is simple: One is illegal by the law of the land, and the other is illegal on a spiritual plane of existence. They are both wrong. They are both violation of freedom of expression. I ask, “Does the Constitution of the United States of America still exist?”

Health reform vs No Health reform

Right now, people have a better chance of dying due to the lack or poor health care than having a heath care reform. The reality is simple. Health care reform is not to kill any citizens of the United States of America. It is not to have control over someone’s lives in any format. Right now, the elderly are having issues under the health care system we have right now. Most people do not have any health insurance.

If a government wants to kill us all, than who can they publicly serve? Who can pay the taxes? If government wants to uplift the economy, then more people alive and well can pay the taxes needed. Dead people cannot do anything. Even citizens that have bad health cannot work to pay the taxes. The money flow must be set in the right manner.

Medicare is a form of socialized medicine. It works, but with the extreme high prices of health care, right now, the taxes that pays for Medicare will soon end. There are more to life than the baby boomers. There are children, teenagers, and middle age adults. If children die to a disease that could be cured with the right health care, what future will the United States have?

Why are so many against this health care reform? We all know that the price tag of health care is far too high. We know that we can loose our health care insurance if we have a condition that does not go away, like high blood pressure, cancer, etc. How can not having a heath care reform be better for us in the USA? If small businesses are constantly going bankrupt due to the owners cannot afford to give heath care for their employees, then how will that help the United States of America?

The Preamble of the United States of America states:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

It is not WE THE POLITICIANS, WE THE HEALTH CARE INSURANCE, WE THE RICH, or any thing else. It is all of us.

Freedom is not free. It has a very high price tag. Getting a health care reform is not going to be easy, nor should it be. The question that I believe should be asked is not should this health care reform be passed, but what do we all do once it is passed into law. The core responsibilities or all of us is how can we make a better life for our children. If we go back the last eight years, what would have happened?

NAFTA, Mexico, and the USA

Why should we care about Mexico when our own country has a 9.4% job loss rate. The United States of America cannot afford to loose any more jobs. We cannot give what jobs that that still exist to another country like Mexico. Other counties needs to fix their own problems. If the United States of America cannot solve our own economic problems, how can we solve other countries economic problems?

When NAFTA started in the United States of America, there were nearly 900,000 jobs lost in the USA. Ever since that time, job have constantly fallen. I strongly believe that we are in this economic disaster due to the domino effect of NAFTA. I also believe that the job loss in the USA will get worse before it gets better. I have seen things appear to get better then drop harder than before the temporary small climb upward.

We might see more than 600,000 jobs lost in a given month before the year of 2009 is done. I hope that does not happen, but I will not be surprised if it does happen. At this time, we do not need to go global on jobs until we can build up what we have lost since NAFTA came to the USA. We have a giant surplus financially before we got into NAFTA. It has not once came close to that surplus since.

Seriously, we cannot rightfully afford to go back to NAFTA if we do have a great surplus as we have had before. There are far too many college graduates that have not had one job interview regarding their education. This is not the United States of America that I have come to know from high school history class. I have nothing against other countries. If we cannot get a job from our own post-secondary education that we have worked very hard for, than why are jobs going to another country?

Due to NAFTA, the average college student cannot get a part time job due to we are giving them to everyone else around the world. If my federal government wants to give me the average pay in the computer field while staying at home, then they can give my job to others. Right now, I do not have any income. I have all the training and intelligence, but I am in the same spot as if I were brainless. This is not the America that our Founding Fathers have fought and died for.

It looks like it is legal to abuse, harass, and even murder someone just because they are different than another. Hate does not solve anything. History throughout the world has proven that, but we do not learn from history. All religion that are out there for all to partake in is all about love, but to “put the fear of God in them” is not love. One cannot have love in their soul if they are better, vindictive, or hateful.

Death threats on our Congressmen/women and even our President of the United States is not love. It is illegal for anyone to attack any government official, but these certain people are getting away with these federal crimes. The First Amendment does give us the right to free speech, but it must be done peacefully. Where is the peace in death threats, and accusing our President in being like Adolf Hitler.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

We all can make a stand, and speak our minds without any forms of violence. By our laws that are in the books, every rioter should be arrested, tried in a court of law, and if convicted, thrown in prison for their crimes. By federal laws, each of these rioters are breaking a number of laws. If this continues, we might as well remove the Supreme Federal Court as well as every courtroom from this country. The meaning of a Republic is “The Law.”

If we have no more laws, then what kind of government is in the United States of America? The answer is no government, or Anarchy. In time, that anarchy will become an Oligarchy. What kind of health care reform will we have under an Oligarchy? The only thing that comes from an Oligarchy is tyranny. There is no freedom under tyranny.

To be successful in a tyrant government, one must bring out fear in their citizens. “Fear Leads to Anger, Anger Leads to Hate, Hate Leads to Suffering.” --Yoda. Right now under the recent health care system we are fearing if we can pay for our health care. That angers us. That anger is leading us to suffer in the way we are doing today, right now.

If this continues and tyranny reigns, then more suffering beyond what we can understand will happen. Death only follows a tyrant government. If death is being used to kill this health care reform, think what will happen if this reform is not passed. Death threats on our government officials is not the right path for America. Calling President Obama, Adolf Hitler is not going to reform the United States of America in the right direction.

We are not a people of Liberty if we are going to continue to act the way we have been doing lately. It is true that not all Americans are acting like evil imbeciles, but the numbers that are behaving this way can destroy the foundation of the United States of America. Believe as you will on the health care reform. We all have the right to believe in the way we want to believe. When it comes to breaking the law, and the law officials do not arrest these individuals, than we all loose our freedoms.

Like I have said, “Threatening a public official is a federal crime.” That is what is going one right now. Where is the Liberty in that? We are a Republic Government. That means we have a government that does its job, and the people are allowed to live their lives freely. It is not a perfect government, but we have something that most countries do not have, Capitalism. It is not capitalism that is bad, but how some big businesses are abusing their rights under Law.

As shown in these two videos, these certain big wigs are causing non-peaceful gatherings. There is nothing wrong in speaking against things. That is our Constitutional right. What is illegal is when we keep others from living their own life even if it is different than others. This type of riots that are going on are far from simple health care reform issues. It has gone past criminal activity.

Where is the law enforcements? Public Hall Meetings should go on, but now due to some death threats, public officials cannot have them. This is absolutely not the American way of life. These people need to be arrested, put on a trail, and have the book thrown at them. Guess what, this is not happening.

Instead of having a Republic, we are having Anarchy, which is no government. Death threats are not being prosecuted as they should. We are having complete and total mayhem. If the GOP is not apart of this bunk, than they should do every legal act they can do to protect their fellow Congressmen. Instead, they are encouraging these acts of injustice.

For the ones reading this post and have children, how are you paying for your medical bills? The ones that are doing fair, congratulations. Most are not. If our heath care system does not change soon, doctors will have to go out of business due to they will not have any patients. Most cannot afford the office visit less alone the medicine and other medical treatments. Sounds like a Republic Government to you?

Where is the “WE THE PEOPLE” in our government today, this now in time? Are we going to have better health care by death threats to our Congressmen/women? If the USA becomes a Anarchy, no government system, what kind of health care plan will we have? What health care plan do you have right now?

I am not making any of this up, nor am I throwing any form or propaganda in these blog post. I do not need to use my imagination on what is truly going one right now. All I need to do is allow you do see a video or two, and see for yourself of how bad things are getting. This is real. Far, far too many families are without any form of health insurance. What will happen next.

For starters, most families have no job to pay any bills. Since money is not the leaves on trees, there is no way to pay for the basic necessities of life. Is this what is called “The Land of Opportunities?” Someone that has a major or even a master is some kind of career field is out of a job, and cannot support his/her family. Where is the American Dream?

Dreams can become realities if one works hard enough. The problem we face is that one needs to have good health and income to allow their dreams to become realities. With the adversities of all we are facing in the Untied States of America, it is making our physical health worse. Complexity upon complexity does not equal simplicity. Where did our Republic Government go?

Who really runs our country, Congress or big business? I am for capitalism. There is nothing like it in the history of mankind. In same paragraph, I am not for big business taking over the Constitution of the United States of America. The Preamble states "WE THE PEOPLE..." It does not state "WE THE BIG BUSINESSES...."

I can show how many that do not have health insurance in the most productive nation in the world, but that information would be misleading. People are constantly loosing health insurance. A country that is the leading in health care is having citizens that cannot go to the doctor on serious health issues because they cannot afford health care. Parents cannot afford to pay for radiation treatment for their children that has sever case of cancer. Important medications cannot be bought due to the same reason.

I do not understand about "Big Business." If they want to make a lot of money, then why kill the goose? How can anyone make any amount of money if the citizens cannot afford the price tag? Money does not grow on trees. It does not make any good sense.

If we loose health care in the United States of America, what more will we loose? In this video clip, we hear from a small business owner. What more needs to be said? This is real folks. The health care issues are real. They will not go away in a snap even if this health care reform is passed.

What I do not understand is how these deliberate protesters against health care are not in jail. I thought rioting was against the law. By the 1st Amendment, free speech is done by peaceful means. What is peaceful about what these people are doing? It is also against the law to assault a public official. That is what these individuals are doing.

After these public meetings, these members of congress has to be escorted by local police to their cars. This is not right or proper. This is not the American way of life.

What is the United States of America today? Are we a country of free people? If we behave no different than the ones that attacked us on September 11, 2001, then we are not a free people. Yes, what happened on September 11, 2001 was horrible, but that does not give us the right to act like or worse than the ones that attacked us. To be free is to act free.

“With great power takes great responsibilities.” When we act like the terrorist, are we being responsible? We can point fingers on the FBI and CIA in they could have prevented this attack. Would that change anything? What about after the attack? What about now?

We talk about the horrors of the Middle Ages when the Roman Catholic church tortured and murdered many people in the name of religious power. What is the differences with what we have done? Why did our federal government allowed these illegal torturing? Why is torture wrong, and wrong for America? We have laws and policies against such things, yes?

We had laws against such things many decades before September 11, 2001. When people in higher authority that should not be in power, then things like this will happen, and it has. Since the time the Constitution of the United States of America was drafted, this is the first time this document has been ripped from every citizen of the United States of America. Since the United States of America is a big part of the free world, every living soul has been damaged as the result of these illegal acts of torture. History will tell one day if the free world can heal itself.

A wrong thing done in a wrong way is wrong. A right thing done in a wrong way is wrong. A wrong thing done in a right way is wrong. There was not right thing done in a right way to measure what Bush/Chaney government did. Spite all the technical words and other cover up, it was wrong. In war a soldier has the kill the enemy, but when the enemy is captured the rules change. These rules were put into place many years before September 11, 2001.

Torture does not work. A police officer cannot force a confession out of a criminal and use it in a court of law. If getting the right information out of someone, forcing it out of them will not do the job. In time the one that is being tortured will realize it. That person will know he/she has won.

The terrorist knows everything about torture. We the United States of America cannot teach them anything new. In that they all will be immune to any torture technique we can administer. What have we gained since September 11, 2001? If we did gain anything from these illegal torturing, can we ever gain truth and liberty for all?

All evil power hungry regime will always preach truth in the open, while doing the complete opposite without anyone knowing it. If one does notice, it would be far too late to change things. Due to Bush/Chaney regime, can anyone trust the United States of America’s government? In time, yes. The Constitution of the United States of America still stands along with the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America.

I for one totally and completely agree with the 1st Amendment, Freedom of Speech. Without it, where would the United States of America be today? Also the Declaration of Independence of the United States clearly states we have the right to speak out. No matter how it is done, we all have the right to speak out, yes? The Constitution states that we have to do it in a fair and respectful manner. Common sense, but it seems that some are not using it.

There are four things I do not like, nor will I tolerate them: lying, ignorance that knows better, judging, and hatred. There is no excuse for these activities. I am also a strong defender of the '”under dog.” Everyone has the right to a fair and equal representation. It is part of the Bill of Rights under our Constitution of the United States of America.

These people that are being hateful and abusive should be thrown in jail like criminals. It is a federal crime to attack a government official. That is what these people are doing, plain and simple. Even if the government officials are in the wrong, there is no reason to attack them as these people have done. “Two wrongs do not make a right.” So how should things run in our government?

What these trouble makers do not understand is their own history. We live in history. What is that history? Why do we call people that have created our country, Forefathers or Founding Fathers? They fought and died for our government that we have today, A Republic. We live in freedom in the United States of America due to what our Founding Fathers has done for us all.

On the other side of the fence, WE THE PEOPLE cannot allow government to be tyrants. We just have to make sure we do not become anarchist (tyrants from the people to the government). We have the freedom to speak out. If no one does, who will? The balance of government and freedom is Liberty. Authority without freedom is tyranny. Freedom without authority is anarchy or chaos. Either way we are screwed as a people.

I have stated that Jerry Lewis Telethon received over $63 million dollars last year. If our health care goes to pot, that $63 million dollars could be $2. If we have government taking over health care, socialized medicine, organizations like MDA, will not be able to get close to that amount. Fear is in the air today regarding this health care reform. “Fear leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.” – Yoda.

Fear is leading these individuals to attack their own public servants. This is anarchy. This alone can easily destroy our government. There is no reason to fear, and there is no reason to hate. Before we make our voices heard, we need to stop and think. A person’s voice is more powerful than one might realize.

Think about it. All the scare tactics that are used to keep this Health Care Reform from passing is what is being done by health insurances NOW!! This is reality. So if this Heath Care Reform is to do these things, what is the difference? What President Obama and his administration has been saying is NOT a socialized medical system for this Heath Care Reform.

I have been concerned if this bill is not signed into law. If businesses are concerned about if they can pay to keep health insurance for their employees, than how will the stock market be like? Will it fall hard? What other cascading disasters will happen? When you have more questions than answers to not having a better health care system in the United States of America, than you have one hell of a mess.

I have talked about the $63 million dollars that Jerry Lewis Telethon received last year. If we are putting more into health care and getting much less in return, will that make the $63 million dollars go down to $2? Research money cannot cure diseases if it the funs are cut that low. If businesses cannot afford to give their employees health insurance, they will be working in a job at minimum wage for practically nothing to take home. What I am sharing with you now is not propaganda. It is real.

The reality of having businesses of all sizes not being able to afford to provide healthcare for their employees could be very real indeed. I do not need to lie to scar any of you. Reality of how our healthcare system is now as of July 24, 2009 is very real, and very scary. All one has to do is look at their own life. When they hear about others having serious diseases, the reality of how the trends are going now is scarier than most horror movies.

While everyone in Congress will have their great health care services, we will not. What is odd about that statement is when health care gets so bad that the average person cannot get it, then how can any government agent receive the best health care service? If the citizens of the USA looses health care, then health care itself will be destroyed. “With every action, there is an opposite equal reaction.”

All the negatives that can be said about this Health Care Reform is propaganda. The health insurance companies are treating us RIGHT NOW is the scariest of it all. Please open your eyes, see this to be true. When your Congress man/woman comes home from their recess, show them your health care service. If it nothing, then give them a blank piece of paper with a title “My Health Care Services” at the top of the page. Let them know that you want your family to live healthy. Children are the future of this country. If they die or get seriously sick that changes how they will live their lives as adults, then that will be the future of the United States of America.

The Preamble of the Constitution of the Untied States of America states in big letters, “WE THE PEOPLE…” We must get Congress to act so our children can life on, strong, healthy, and tall. They need to have the health care that will allow them to care the torch of this once great country. Thank you.

Ladies and gentlemen in the United States of America, this President has head on right. I mean he is thinking like no other politician. I have not known of any politician that has ever thought like this in my life. What we need to do as Americans is to get Congress to think right as well.

Sad to say, the GOP is sing the same tune than signing as individuals under their own political concept. I have nothing against Republicans. I am neither Democrat, Republican, or any other political party. As you might know, in the Constitution there is no place for politics. We have them just the same.

Instead of being divided by politics, we need to live as UNITED people. We are the United States of America. We have not been a united people long before the Bush Administration. We have fallen in jobs long before NAFTA. Our failure is the result of constant and methodical bad decisions, one after the other.

To the ones that have been keeping up with all that are federal government has be doing things lately, they will notice that there are many fronts that are being challenged. That is a good sign how messed up the USA is now. We can say it was all formal President Bush’s fault, but we got into NAFTA before him. We have gotten ourselves into a lot of things long before formal President Clinton.

We as citizens of the United States of America needs to live as united people. In every way possible, and then some, we are not doing that. We are to blame, and not certain politicians or whomever. Where there is life there is hope. We have been given hope in every direction. We still have many options, but we can loose all that if we continue to make bad choices.

I have stated this before, and I will state it here again, “A wrong thing done in the right way is wrong. A wrong thing done in a wrong way is wrong. A right thing done in a wrong way is wrong. If we are going to succeed as the United Sates of America we need to apply the right thing in a right way so the right results will be applied.” This will not be easy.

There is a very good quote from our USA Army, “Anything worth having is not easy.” I say, “If it is easy to make, it can be just as easy or easier to destroy.” Right now, the GOP is going all out to fight anything and everything that is put in front of them. I ask, “Is this progress? Is it right?” How many Americans are out of a job with no health insurance, income, or whatever due to the fact nothing is being done in Congress?

The reality of life does not stand still. Things are either going forward or backward. Life does not stand still for anyone or anything. If Congress is freezing things from going forward, than what direction do you think every citizen is going? What about the future of the United States of America?
